Cleaning process flow:
The equipment is an automatic high cleanliness spray cleaning machine. The whole machine adopts a transmission mechanism of chain+material handling frame, PLC+touch screen control, and is equipped with 5 workstations: loading workstation, spray rinsing workstation, ultrasonic cleaning workstation, spray rinsing workstation, air cutting workstation, hot air drying workstation, and unloading workstation. The feeding process involves the mechanical arm directly placing the workpiece in the material box, while the equipment conveyor transports the workpiece to the cleaning process. When cutting, the workpiece is manually taken away.

The equipment conveying device runs the workpiece to the spray rinsing station, which is cleaned with cleaning agent. The station is equipped with multiple spray pipelines to clean the workpiece.
After the workpiece is sprayed and rinsed, the conveying device will send it to the ultrasonic cleaning station, which can clean the workpiece through the action of ultrasonic waves and improve the cleanliness of the workpiece surface.
After the workpiece is cleaned, the conveying device runs the workpiece to the spray rinsing station, which can rinse off the residual liquid and residue on the workpiece.
After the spray rinsing is completed, the conveying device runs the workpiece to the high-pressure air cutting station, which uses a movable air knife to cut off water droplets on the surface and inside the cavity of the workpiece, shortening the drying time of the workpiece.
After the high-pressure air cutting is completed, the conveying device runs the workpiece to the hot air drying station, which uses a high-temperature fan and an air heating generator to quickly dry the workpiece.
After the workpiece is dried, it enters the cutting station.
